Foundation
For the statutes, we took inspiration from Wikimedia, Open Knowledge Foundation, OpenRewi, and Chaos Computer Club. The entire (german) draft can be viewed here:

A non-profit association with a purpose:
- Network knowledge and share everything that is necessary for this.
(Founding) members can be active, supporting and honorary members:
- Any natural person who wishes to actively participate in the association or a project it supports may become an active member.
- Any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, although not actively involved, wishes to promote and support the goals and purpose of the Association may become a sustaining member.
- Natural persons who have rendered outstanding services to the Association may be appointed honorary members. A resolution of the general meeting is required for this.
